Finish by twisting the string around the tampon. Tie a knot if you prefer. - Then insert the tampon into the vagina just like with a "regular" tampon. - Change within 4-5 hours or when the tampon starts to become full. Rinse it out and store them in a mini wet bag until you get home and can put them in the laundry bag. - Wash the tampons in a laundry bag to prevent them from getting stuck in the machine. It's perfectly fine to wash cloth tampons with your regular laundry. - We recommend boiling your cloth tampons before the first use. Remember that even reusable tampons can cause TSS (toxic shock syndrome) just like disposable tampons can. Remember to change the tampon frequently and not leave it in for too long.
