Mini: Mainly designed for the first years of menstruation, and one of the smallest cups on the market. Slightly softer and smaller.

Cup size: Ø 37 mm, 45 mm without stem, 55 mm with stem, holds 15 ml up to the holes.

Normal: Suitable for most people.

Cup size: Ø 43 mm, 55 mm without stem, 65 mm with stem, holds 22 ml up to the holes

Plus: For heavy flow or if you need to change more often than every three hours. One of the largest cups on the market!

Cup size: Ø 47 mm, 55 mm without stem, 65 mm without stem, holds 43 ml up to the holes.
